Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor best famous for his role on the popular television show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. From the time he was at college, Christopher Meloni has been interested in the acting world. He went to study acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. He was also active in TV and film and on stage, his appearances on small screens are what brought him much popularity. He has been able to seamlessly play the roles of characters on both sides of the law, and captivate the viewers' focus. He was the character of the serial killer on the first TV show he appeared in and then later played of an NYPD detective. His small-screen performances were rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. It is his trademark piercing, blue eyes which have been said to make his look attractive. They've helped him convey the rough characters in an enthralling style. The year 2006 was the last time he was featured in the People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
